Each player may hold only one PG Games account. Duplicate accounts are terminated and balances may be forfeited.
All deposits, balances, bets, and withdrawals at PG Games are denominated in Pakistani Rupees with no hidden conversion fees.
Collusion, exploitation of software errors, and any attempt to manipulate outcomes are grounds for immediate account closure.

They govern every aspect of your use of this platform including registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, betting, casino games, and responsible gaming tools.

To open a PG Games account and use any part of this platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:
PG Games reserves the right to request documentation to verify your age, identity, or source of funds at any point. Accounts that cannot be verified to our satisfaction will be suspended until verification is complete. Accounts found to have been opened by a player under 18 will be permanently closed and all deposits returned.
When you register with PG Games, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a secure password of your choosing.
All information you provide to PG Games must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information, including a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ age requirement, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. Any balance on the account at the time of closure due to false information may be permanently forfeited.
Your PG Games account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact PG Games support immediately. PG Games will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access that result from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Opening multiple accounts on PG Games, whether under your own name, a different name, or a different Pakistani mobile number, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are discovered, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited. If a bonus was claimed on any of the accounts, PG Games reserves the right to recover the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
PG Games may require you to verify your identity at any point. This is standard practice across all reputable gaming platforms and exists to protect both players and the integrity of the platform. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, a selfie, or proof of the payment method you use. Withdrawals may be held pending verification until the process is complete.
PG Games accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposit methods are processed in PKR with no currency conversion.
PG Games reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before crediting a deposit if there is reason to believe the deposit may be fraudulent or connected to a third-party account.
Withdrawals from your PG Games account are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement applied consistently across the platform.
Standard daily withdrawal limits apply to all PG Games accounts. Higher limits may be available to verified accounts. Contact PG Games support if you need to withdraw an amount exceeding your current daily limit and our team will assist you.
PG Games offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the time the offer is presented to you. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions at PG Games unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
New players who register at PG Games and make their first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The specific bonus percentage and maximum bonus amount are displayed on the registration and promotions pages. The welcome bonus is only available to players who have not previously held a PG Games account.
All bonuses at PG Games are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in its individual terms. A wagering requirement of, for example, 20x means you must place bets equal to 20 times the bonus amount before the associated funds become withdrawable.
PG Games monitors for bonus abuse. This includes opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to clear bonus requirements without genuine play, and sharing bonus funds with another player. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus removed and may be suspended. Winnings generated through abusive bonus use may be forfeited.
Bonuses that are not activated within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically. PG Games will not reinstate expired bonuses except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
All bets placed on PG Games are subject to these general betting rules in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules that apply to the relevant market.
The following rules apply specifically to sports bets placed at PG Games.
If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before the conditions required for bet settlement are met, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For cricket, a match that produces a valid DLS result is settled on that result. For football, a match that is stopped before 90 minutes is completed (plus added time) is generally void unless specific conditions for early settlement have been met.
If a selection within an accumulator is voided, that selection is removed and the accumulator is settled at the revised combined odds of the remaining selections. For example, a 4-fold accumulator with one voided selection becomes a 3-fold.
Live betting odds at PG Games are updated in real time. PG Games reserves the right to suspend live markets at any point during an event without notice. Bets placed after the occurrence of an event that significantly affects the odds – but before PG Games has had the opportunity to update its markets – may be voided.
Cricket markets for PSL matches and Pakistan international fixtures at PG Games are subject to the official ICC and PCB result and any DLS calculation where applicable. Weather-interrupted matches settled by the DLS method are settled on the official DLS result.
Casino and game titles at PG Games, including but not limited to Aviator, Baccarat, Roulette, Fishing Games, and Ludo Games, are each subject to their own game rules in addition to these Terms.
All casino games at PG Games use certified random number generation (RNG) or provably fair systems. The Aviator game uses a publicly verifiable cryptographic seeding system. Players can independently verify round results using the published seed data. PG Games does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure that corrupts a game round or produces an incorrect result, PG Games will void the affected round and return the stake to the player. Winnings generated from a demonstrably malfunctioning game are not valid and will not be paid. PG Games will communicate any such voiding to affected players promptly.
If your internet connection is interrupted during a casino game round, the game will continue to run on the server according to its programmed logic. For crash games such as Aviator, if you have set an auto cashout target and disconnect during the round, the auto cashout will trigger normally if the target multiplier is reached. Manual cashout cannot be triggered while you are disconnected. PG Games accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited at PG Games and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure, with forfeiture of balances where applicable:
PG Games reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that any breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.
Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, PG Games will review the account balance and associated activity. Balances relating to genuine, uncontested play may be returned. Balances directly related to breaches – including bonus funds obtained through abuse and winnings from exploited errors – will be forfeited.
Where PG Games closes an account for reasons unrelated to player conduct – for example as part of a business decision – any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player in full via their registered payment method.
Players who wish to close their own PG Games account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed as a standard withdrawal to your registered payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PG Games and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, and losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment processing delays.
PG Games' total liability to any player in connection with any single incident will not exceed the amount of the deposit directly involved in that incident. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
PG Games may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. We may also notify registered players of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of PG Games after any change to these Terms is posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, you should stop using PG Games and may request closure of your account with return of any verified real-money balance.
These Terms are governed by the principles of applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute between you and PG Games, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of account and payment queries can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support contact, PG Games will engage in good faith to reach a fair resolution. Players who are unsatisfied with a resolution outcome may submit a written complaint to support@pggames.ws detailing the nature of the dispute, the amounts involved, and the resolution they are seeking. PG Games will respond in writing within 10 business days.
PG Games' decision on any dispute is final, subject to any applicable legal requirements that may apply in your jurisdiction.
